At SteadyReserve, we curate high-quality thrift and vintage pieces from our home base in Downtown Toronto. We are committed to getting your unique finds to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.
Order Processing
All items are carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
Note: Since our items are curated and often one-of-a-kind, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they reach you in the condition described.
Local Pickup (Downtown Toronto)
Avoid shipping fees by choosing Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on where and when you can pick up your items at our Downtown Toronto location.
- Pickup hours are subject to availability.
- Please bring your confirmation email and a piece of ID.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship nationwide across Canada using reliable carriers like Canada Post and Chit Chats. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
SteadyReserve is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Sustainability
In line with our mission to promote circular fashion, we use eco-friendly and recycled packaging whenever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging materials once your order arrives.
